Key Responsibilities

Key duties will include, but are not limited to:

  • Deploys and maintains network systems and servers at Head office and all other remote office locations
  • Onboarding and offboarding of all network application for staff
  • Troubleshoots and resolves user issues
  • Conduct the set up of any new supporting network
  • Workstation set up and user orientation
  • Computer hardware support
  • Maintenance of mobile and Web APPs (iOS)
  • Conduct and maintain the PHP programming
  • Communicate with managers and staff to understand business needs, promote utilization of systems, and ensure proper usage of all applications
  • Prepare documentation (policies, procedures, training materials) related to IT & Support
  • Provide IT & Support reports, analysis and advices to Office Manager and President

 

Professional Qualifications Requirement:

Education:

Diploma or Degree in IT-related studies from accredited college or university, or equivalent

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years relevant experience (IT/Support/Network)

Skills:

Microsoft desktop and server operating systems

  • Back-end Microsoft software, e.g. Skype-for-Business, Exchange, MS CRM, MS SQL, SharePoint, PHP programming
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and networking
  • Ability to work and complete tasks independently and in team setting
  • Ability to interact professionally with all levels of staff
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work occasionally during non-operational hours (software maintenance, troubleshoot etc.)
