CSA A277 Certification
Procedure for certification of prefabricated buildings, modules and panels.

What is CSA A277?
CSA A277 is a Canadian standard that outlines the procedures for certifying prefabricated (factory-built) buildings. It ensures that modular and factory-built structures comply with the National Building Code of Canada (NBC) as well as any applicable provincial or municipal codes. This standard is used to verify that construction methods, materials, and inspections within the manufacturing facility meet the same requirements as a site-built building. Additionally, CSA A277 falls within the scope of Part 9 of the National Building Code of Canada.
