Inspections
Special Inspections (SPE-1000/3000 & NFPA 790/791) and Unit Verification are product approvals designed for limited quantities or specialized equipment where certification is not the fastest or most cost-effective options. Evaluation can be conducted at the manufacturing facility, installation site, or at our labs.
Special Inspections for the approval of limited quantities/batches of Electrical/Electronic products manufactured on non-repetitive basis needing to comply with Canadian Electrical Code requirements.

Preliminary Design Review
PDR is a great way to find out if the product you’re designing is on the right track with the requirements of the applicable standards. PDR often doesn’t require a product sample and is mostly a documentation review. This preliminary review can save big headaches down the road and avoid re-designing, when too much time and money have already been invested.
