• The equipment is a high pressure pump system that boosts the liquid FOS (sugar solution) feedstock pressure to atomize the product flowing through fine orifice spray nozzles in effort to create a fine mist so the product can be dried quickly via the spray dyer. The high pressure system is made up of a high pressure pump, oil lubrication system with heat exchanger water cooling system. The system components are high pressure pump, lube oil pump, system cooling fan, cooling water supply solenoid, cooling water flow switch, oil pressure switch and ESTOP button.

1. The final installation of the device shall meet the requirements of CEC for wiring method in Class II, Zone 22 and Division 2 and is subjected to acceptance of local authorities having jurisdiction.
2. End users shall follow specific installation and operating instructions supplied by the manufacturer to prevent exceeding the heat dissipating limits for the desired temperature code for an operating ambient.
3. The equipment metal frame must be connected to ground upon installation.
4. No changes to or modifications of the devices or components are permitted without additional assessment.
