When installed in the end-product, consideration shall be given to the following:
- UL 508A, Third Edition: Industrial Control Panels, dated April 24, 2018, is considered in this evaluation only.
- Clearance/creepage – clearance and creepage distance for electric insulation shall be evaluated according to end-product use.
- The size of an internal bonding conductor of the cabinets is 14AWG. Proper bonding to the end-product main protective earthing termination is determined in the end use.
- The installation of device or equipment in these cabinets shall be considered in the end use.
- The combinations of the installations of these cabinets are not included in this evaluation.
- The acceptance of the final installation of the overall equipment shall be determined by the end use or AHJ.
