• The equipment must be powered from a suitably certified Class 2 power supply.
• The end user is to ensure appropriate earthing upon installation.
• The final installation of the device shall be in full compliance with the applicable wiring method requirements of the Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) for Class I, Division 2 installations in Canada and the National Electrical Code (NEC) for installations in the United States and shall be subject to approval by the applicable Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
• End users shall follow specific installation and operating instructions supplied by the manufacturer to prevent exceeding the heat dissipating limits for the desired temperature code for an operating temperature ambient.
• No changes to or modifications are permitted without additional assessment.
