• The main fuel supply shall be Natural Gas. No other supply fuels shall be used without system compliance checked with LabTest Certification or other recognized testing agency, and authorization form local authorities. No Liquid fuel supply shall be used.
• The Gas-Fired Water Bath Vaporizer System operating sequences shall remain as outlined in this report. Changes in the system operating sequences shall be approved by the local authorities.
• The Gas-Fired Water Bath Vaporizer System gas train individual components shall not be changed from those listed in this report.
• The Gas-Fired Water Bath Vaporizer System operators shall have adequate training on operation and safety related controls.
• All automatic gas safety shutoff valves shall be tested, at minimum, semiannually to verify valve seat tightness.
• Functional Testing of the following safety related controls shall be conducted, at minimum, on a semiannual basis.
  • Flame Failure Sensing
  • Low Air Warning Monitoring
  • Gas Pressure Switches
  • All E-Stops
• All pressure piping shall undergo an annual pressure test at normal fuel supply pressure for a duration of two hours. If any loss of pressure is detected, leaks must be located and repaired. Records of the fuel gas piping pressure tests shall be maintained.
