In-Line Process Hydrogen Analyzer, Series Models HD2700 are permanently installed with a flame-proof enclosure and sensor housing. The flame-proof enclosure is a certified Ex component, catalog number XIHLFGCX, by Adalet /Scott Fetzer Company. All parts of the sensor housing is made from 316 stainless steel. The end of the sensor housing has drilled holes which are used as a breathing element. The sensor housing can be implemented in process gas streams.

Model HD2700 consists of several models: HD2700, HD2720, HD2730, HD2740, HD2750, and HD2799. The differences between the models are the calibration gasses and sensing elements. All the other electrical and mechanical aspects are the same.
