Conditions of Acceptability:

1. Various Acrylic FRP Plumbing Fixtures within this report are included within the accepted Intertek Testing Services Reports, as well as LabTest Certification Listing Report 9477-1S. Additional models within this report that are not included within the Intertek Testing Services Reports are constructed of the same materials and are accepted to be included within each applicable series of fixtures.
2. Figures 1 through 12 include a summary table for each type and model, followed by detailed data sheets (excluding Figure 12) for each model. Figures 1 through 12 include the models which are not included in the original Intertek Testing Services report, although these additional models are to be included within this listing report.
3. Each Intertek Testing Services Report is on file and has been reviewed for acceptance. LabTest Certification Listing Report 9477-1S is also on file and reviewed for acceptance of the Porcelain/Ceramic Basin & Pure Basin Series’ of fixtures.
