The Gas Zircon 34 must be connected to a listed venting system as specified by manufacturer and in accordance with local codes. The Gas Zircon 34 fireplace includes a screen barrier. The screen barrier is mechanically secured to the fireplace with screws. This provides the screen barrier cannot be removed from the unit without the use of a tool.
