A well-established company with 20 years in the industry and locations worldwide is looking for an experienced Technical Reviewer to join our team.

In this role, you will be reviewing and approving technical files and reports.

  • Experience in working with NRTLs, CB and other external bodies involved in the projects
  • Reviews multiple standards
  • Interprets test results
  • Approves the validity of the tests performed

If hired, what will you be doing at LabTest?

As a Technical Reviewer, key duties will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Reviews multiple standards
  • Prepares project and test plans from standards or develops methods for approved projects and inspections. Approve evaluation, test, and inspection data sheets templates.
  • Reviews the results with test technicians and field inspectors.
  • Interprets test results.
  • Approves the validity of the tests performed.
  • Reports on the status of technical evaluation, testing, and inspection projects.
  • Improves any method in the lab and inspection facilities and develop new methods with the validation required.
  • Reviews and approves technical files and reports.
  • Participates in the National Standards System (technical committees)
  • Participates in audits and accreditation meetings
  • Works closely with Sales and Certification Department to issue quotes
  • Works with NTRLs, CBs and other external bodies involved in the projects.

If hired, what will be the working conditions?

  • 8 hours/day – may occasionally need to work out of office hours to attend functions and events.
  • Travelling availability: Travelling may be required at times – local/international travel (valid passport preferred)
